Meet the Team

Deborah Clark

Founder & CEO
Commercial Appraisals

Originally from rural Manitoba, Canada, Deb moved to Wyoming in 2006 and discovered people who valued character above all else and a place where opportunity was abundant for anyone willing to put in the hard work. Deb earned her certification while working for a family office in Casper that focused on farm, ranch, and commercial appraisals. When the opportunity to acquire the company came along in 2015, she jumped at the chance. Today, she continues to build the company she envisioned through perseverance, accuracy, and integrity. When she is not working, Deb spends time with her family, travels, explores, builds, or studies, and is always grateful to call the West home.
