Meet the Team

Deb Clark

Deb Clark, MAI

president & ceo

Originally from Canada, Deb moved to Wyoming in 2006 and discovered a place where opportunity was abundant for anyone willing to put in the hard work. Soon after settling in Wyoming, Deb began her career in the appraisal profession and earned her certification while working for a family office that focused on agricultural and commercial appraisals. After acquiring the company in 2015, she set out to expand its range of services and soon began working toward her MAI designation. Today, she continues to build the company she envisioned, while also investing in her startup, Eval.com. When she is not working (which, let’s be honest, is not very often), Deb spends time with her family, travels, explores, builds, and studies, and is always grateful to call the West home.
